OPEN WATER SWIMMING - try it!

Now that training season is in full force and water temperatures are warming up, its time to try open water swimming.  Open water swimming is often the biggest fear among triathletes.  The fears and concerns often prevent people from ever trying a triathlon.  But you can do it and here are some tips for conquering your fears and open water swimming:

1. Learn bilateral breathing - breathing on both sides,

2. Start out relaxed!

3. Learn to look ahead and sight.

4. Practice, Practice, Practice!
