Triathlon Training Camp
The goal of the TRI PDX training camp is to provide a weekend of structured and intense training for people wishing to take their racing to the next level. We will provide all the support you need so that all you have to do is the training.
The camp will be in held in Sunriver from May 15-18. During this long weekend you will be able to put all your focus on just two things: training and hanging out with great people in a beautiful area. Click here for more info.

Boot Camp Series
Join Coach Brian along with your fellow beginner and seasoned athletes for 7 - 50 minute sessions of butt kicking that will get you into NEXT LEVEL shape! This after work boot camp will make you faster, stronger, and leaner.
We will meet every Tues/Thurs @ Duniway Track for a prompt warm-up and then go into our awesome circuit training! Are you ready?!
