What is it? A 16 week progressive training program for new triathletes for success in their first triathlon!
When is it? It begins in March and culiminates in the Hagg Lake Triathlon on July 7th.
What do you get? An amazing coached program by TriTeam PDX's USAT-certified coaches Molly Balfe and Matt Feldmar. Together, they will introduce triathlon specific training, nutrition, and much more to get you injury free success in Hagg Lake Triahtlon. You also get membership to the team, continuous access to your coaches, coach-led bike, run, and swim workouts every week, open water clinics, access to all other training sesssions, and social events!
